We need your help to make this a spectacular week for all of the wonderful teachers and staff here at Woods Road Elementary School that we'd like to celebrate and say THANK YOU!

 

Any donation is greatly appreciated in any amount you are able to give. These funds will go directly to purchasing breakfasts, lunches, snacks/treats, and surprises for WRS staff throughout the entire week.

 

Thanks to your contributions and help in 2024, we were able to host the following events for our teachers/staff:

  • Chic-Fil-A Lunch
  • Roman Gourmet Lunch
  • Starbucks coffee station
  • Paris Baguette Pastry breakfast
  • Smoothie King smoothie day
  • Instructor-led yoga with Honor Yoga
  • Basket raffles with various prizes/gift cards

Fundraising Overview

Our mission is to enhance our school community through impactful fundraising efforts that support and enrich our students' educational experiences. By raising funds, we provide essential resources like new books, classroom supplies, and educational technology, and support special events and extracurricular activities that inspire our students. We also aim to equip our teachers with the tools and resources they need to create dynamic learning environments. Every contribution directly benefits our school, investing in the future success and growth of every child. Together, we build a stronger, more vibrant school community and ensure a bright future for our students.

 
How it's done...

Teachers promote and encourage participation in events, families get involved by volunteering, attending, and donating, and businesses support by sponsoring, donating, and partnering with us. Together, we raise vital funds that enrich our students' educational experience and strengthen our school community.
